Mr. Subhash Thakur

He retired as Senior Private Secretary from the office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, in December 2018.In recognition of his good conduct and outstanding service, he was granted a two-year extension by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, New Delhi. After successfully completing the extended tenure, he finally retired from government service in December 2020.He is currently serving as the Administrator of HCHRD, Dharampur, contributing his vast administrative experience to the institution.Message from the Administrator“Our main objective is to provide better services for the welfare of children and to promote their overall growth through sustainable development.
